Hello, I'm Sarah...
To say foot healthcare runs in the family would be an understatement, with several relations also foot health practitioners.
Assisting my mother as a teenager introduced me to foot health. Those years by her side, learning from a vastly experienced practitioner, granted me an education into treating feet conditions that no course can match.
This beginning in healthcare led me to gain a nursing diploma and working for several years in care homes for the elderly.
While working for a leading private healthcare organisation, I decided the time was right to return to ‘The Family Business’.
In 2018, I completed my diploma in foot health practice at Stonebridge Associated Colleges, qualifying with a distinction. Another example of how invaluable the time spent working on feet with my mother was.
In the same year, I became a member of the Register for Foot Health Practitioners.
Which leads us to today! I run a weekly clinic in Stockport town centre every Sunday, and am regularly out and about with my equipment, conducting home visits.
I love what I do. As quite a sociable person I enjoy spending time with my clients, and the satisfaction gained when relieving them from pain is huge.
